Perrie Edwards Inspired Outfit & Makeup

This post is inspired by the style of the stunning Perrie Edwards. I don't have an exact image of what I'm copying, but the outfit takes aspects that she typically incorporates into her everyday style.
Perrie has a really unique and distinguished style and it's often somewhat love it or loathe it, but I definitely think she looks amazing more often than not.
This dress from Factorie has a really Perrie-inspired feel to it, especially when worn with the boots. The cut out waist line with the lace insert is very Perrie, as she often wears cropped shirts and this has a similar feel to it. The colours are also something Perrie would wear, especially the floral print - everybody knows how Perrie loves her hippie flowers and floral headbands!
If it's cold, throw on a denim jacket with rolled up sleeves to keep the Perrie feel to the outfit!

These imitation Jeffrey Campbell boots are so very "Perrie" it's ridiculous. With the dress, they work to add a new dimension to an otherwise casual dress - this is something not only Pez but all the Little Mix girls do, using shoes and accessories to  give an outfit that little bit extra.
Excuse my derp face I don't know where it came from
Bold lips are something Perrie wears often, particularly when she is light on the eye makeup. I'm wearing the Maybelline Colossal mascara and Covergirl Spellbound lipstick with Rimmel Wake Me Up concealer under my eyes.
My hair is in a straight high pony, something Perrie wears quite often!

Eleanor Calder Inspired Outfit + Makeup

Hey guys! So this is an OOTD inspired by the above photos of the beautiful Eleanor Calder! Her style is flawless and I literally credit my interest in fashion to her. When I saw this outfit I knew I had to recreate it. Though the jeans aren't to everyone's taste, I absolutely love them and they're a really easy way to switch up your look. I hope you guys enjoy :)

Jeans - Bardot
T Shirt - Glassons
Shoes - Converse
Bag - Sportsgirl

Phone Case - Cath Kidston (Eleanor does have a floral phone case by this brand but it isn't this specific case!)
Makeup - Eleanor typically wears very little makeup, so Ive used a BB cream  for some coverage with Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer under my eyes, Rimmel Stay matte to set (an known product of Eleanor's!). For blush I used Nars Orgasm.  I've used the Urban Decay Naked Basics palette for eyeshadow, using WOS on my lid, Naked 2 in the crease and Faint in the outer V. Eleanor rarely does much in terms of lip colour so I've simply applied Nivea Lip Butter.
My hair is just in its natural curls as I was too lazy to straighten it, however I do have the same ombred hair as El.

(Excuse the bandage I have tendon damage in my wrist!)
Rings - Pandora
Nails - Acrylic nails with Essie's Mint Candy Apple

Fashion & Beauty Haul + Mini Reviews

This is an incredibly collective haul of things I've impulsively (in some cases) purchased over the last month or so. There are some fashion items included, but largely this is a beauty haul.
Prices and links to the items are listed below each photo :)
FASHION
Black Jaquard Dress -Bardot - $129.95 - This was purchased for a funeral so it is somewhat modest, however the low back and cut of the dress makes it really beautiful, and with the right accessories I imagine I'll get a lot of wear out of this dress at parties

Waterfloral Piping Dress - Dotti - $79.95 (currently 30% off!) - I bought this dress for a spring wedding in the botanical gardens this weekend. I've got some great black wedges to pair it with and I'm getting my nails done as a gift from me to me (will post an OOTD for this one)

Assasin Cardi - Bardot - $50 - I have literally wanted this since January and though this photo does it no justice, this cardigan really is a favourite piece in my wardrobe right now and I'm so glad I waited as I got it for $40 less than the original price

Leather Jacket - Dotti (not on website) - $50 - Another sale piece and a major impulse buy. I've always wanted a leather jacket but I've managed to talk myself out of it up until now. Super comfy and super flattering, I'm so excited about this jacket!
BEAUTY
Nivea Lip Butter (Vanilla & Macadamia) - Priceline - $5.69 - Lost my old one. Best. Delicious smelling and an amazing product. Could not recommend enough!

Taylor by Taylor Swift fragrance (100mL) + free gift with purchase - Myer - $79.95 - such a lovely scent and actually long lasting! The bottle is really gorgeous too and I imagine the bag will come in handy for the beach! I'm awful at describing scents, so here's a description from Fragrantica.com - "Taylor is a sweet, floral-fruity fragrance with a woody base. It opens with alluring aromas of lychee, tangerine and magnolia petals, with peony, hydrangea and vanilla orchid in the heart and a base made of sandalwood, apricot nectar, cashmere musk and soft woods."

Rimmel Scandeleyes - Priceline - $12.71 - I got this free in a complementary Rimmel gift pack as I spent over $25 on Rimmel products (oops). The mascara is really good for layering (love it with Maybelline Falsies!),  however I find the formula really wet and the brush is huge and not quite fim enough to apply a satisfactory amount to wear just the mascara alone.

Rimmel Scandaleyes Thick & Thin Eyeliner (black) - $9.71 - This eyeliner is like a marker and I thought it would be really easy to apply but I find it hard to use and the point is too firm and I feel like it scratches my lid. The liquid is incredibly opaque and long lasting, however, which I like.
Rimmel Kate Moss Lipsticks - 111 Kiss Of Life and 113 - Priceline -  $11.95 -  I love the consistency of these lipstick and find them really moisturizing  Kiss Of Life is the perfect red (swatches below) colour, however I don't like 113 on me, it looks too much like concealer lips but it's okay with a pale pink gloss over the top

Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder - Priceline - $12.95 - This is my fourth one of these so if that doesn't mean I love it then I don't know what does. Extends the life of concealer/foundation by hours and reduces appearance of oily skin dramatically. If I lost all my makeup this is the first thing I'd repurchase.

Covergirl Stay Fabulous Foundation - Priceline -  $19.95 (I got it for $10 and I think that special is still going in store!) - really good coverage, well lasting, great colour. Haven't used it all that much but I love it so far!

Rimmel Scandaleyes - Bright Blue and Taupe - Priceline - $7.46 - Surprisingly good quality considering how cheap they are. Really creamy formula that applies really opaque and lasts all day. Bright blue in particular is amazing and I got so many compliments on it. Such a great way to spice up your everyday makeup! (sqatches below)

Urban salt spray - Woolworths - not sure how much exactly but around $15 - Really good,  gives beautiful beachy waves that hold really well. Also smells really nice!

Cetaphil Moisturising Lotion - Priceline - $11.29 - So so so so good and really light on the skin. Absorbs really fast and is so deserving of all the hype. I use it every night after taking off my makeup and before I put on foundation in the morning (when I wear foundation - which isn't always) just for the added protection

Swisspers Facial Cleansing Wipes - Pomegranate and Mango - Woolworths -  Around $5 - bought these on a recommendation from a friend and i like them so far. I feel like they take off all my face makeup and moisturise my skin which is cool. They smell really nice as well. Had a really hard time finding these!
Hope you guys enjoyed!

Too Faced Pretty Rebel Palette

I recently purchased the Too Faced Pretty Rebel palette from Kit Cosmetics for $60. Admittedly it was an impulse buy - I'd never even heard of the palette, let alone read reviews, yet the bright pink shade "Totally Fetch" single handedly drew me in. The packaging is also super cute which certainly added to the appeal.

I'm not one to wear coloured shadow all that often, and it scares me on some level as it can easy border between pretty and stripper, yet I decided that with the end of school assessments I figured I deserved a reward and it was about time I pushed myself into trying something new.

The palette is a mix between neutrals and more vibrant shades, and I've found myself using every shade. I really love "Totally Fetch" and "Badass". The palette also includes two matte shades - the creamy pink "Dainty," which is great as a highlight, and "Charming" which is a perfect chocolate brown that looks amazing in as a crease colour. The colours are all incredibly pigmented and apply so nicely, however the more glittery of the shimmery colours, as typical of their type, tend to have some fallout so I'd advise applying concealer under yours eyes after using the shadows, rather than before.
INNER CORNER - Jailbird
LID - Badass
CREASE - Miss Sparkles
INNER CORNER - Dainty
LID - inner half Ringleader, outerhalf Totally Fetch blended into Instigator on the OUTER CORNER
CREASE - Charming, used sparingly to blend out any harsh edges

All in all the Too Faced Pretty Rebel palette is an amazing purchase and one that I'd highly recommend. Though it's a bit pricey, I definitely think it's is worth the price - especially when you think that it works out to $6 per shadow, which is an amazing bargain!
